I've order food from this deli twice. Food its ok. Service not that great. I order online, added a note about harsh brown on a side, and it was in the sandwich! I ordered two sodas, each time. The first they delivered just once ad the second sent a regular soda intends of diet as ordered. Both times they said it will be refunded. I haven't seen the refund yet. I'm a good tipper and not even that makes them do things right. Not a good experience there.
Had a chicken pesto panini and a chopped cheese. Chopped cheese was great and the chicken pest was alright. Very convenient spot
Love the food but, I recently bought pokeman cards for my grandson as a gift. I was excited because I had not seen them there before and was looking forward to having a new place to purchase. I gave the cards to my grandson to only find out they were “fake” pokeman cards. He was heartbroken. I went back to just let them know that they were fake cards, not a refund and I was told “oh well, nothing we can do about it”. I was stunned. They remain on the counter with staff being told they were fake. Makes me question doing business with someone who knowingly takes advantage of their customers.
Best deli ever!
The quality of the deli has recently gone down. Poor service and you end up either getting a wrong order or straight up bad quality end product. I ordered a protein smoothie and it was one of the worst smoothies I’ve ever tasted. I would avoid this Deli until this rotation of staff get accustomed to the menu
I bought a yogurt from there it was 2.50 dollar when i go cashier they said 3.60 and i ask why they said tax i never see in my life more than 1 dollar tax for 2.50 dollar something
I was really disappointed in my experience this past weekend. I had ordered a smoothie with only 4 simple ingredients and the boys behind the counter with piercings and long hair were speaking in Spanish about how my order was confusing and laughing about it (not knowing that I’m fluent in spanish and understood everything they said).
I was the only one in the entire deli meaning there were 2 people by the counter and 2 by the grill yet they messed up my order and caused it to take over 15 minutes for spinach, half a banana, almond milk and vanilla protein to be wrong. Even when I said I wanted a large smoothie with half a banana the guy making my order said they usually put 3 and if I wanted 3 instead? That didn’t make any sense ….
Really bad customer service, took really long time and then speaking in another language and joking around when the customer knows Spanish too is unprofessional.
Really good food and at a reasonable price! Deli is cute inside too
Great owner, lovely workers. Affordable, nice ambiance, food is great and can feed a whole village of hungry children.

This store is so NASTY DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE !!! They have your food on the floor and they will give you it !!! People get sick from the food so terrible the manager is terrible too they make fun of “gay people “ when they walk in they only hire little girls !! So sick Sala don’t even know what he be doing !!! Which is the manager there be bugs in the juice and bugs in the salad… I use to work here so I know everything so TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND !
I usually have nothing but good things to say about this place but I just had the most maddening experience today. I asked for a grilled cheese with deli turkey added. I could see on the screen she rung it up as a bacon egg and cheese so I said I think you are misunderstanding me I want a grilled cheese with turkey. She rang it up again as a grilled cheese with bacon. I explained again that’s not what I want. She rang it up again as grill cheese bacon with turkey and explained to me that’s how it works in the system. I clarified with her I cannot eat bacon please make sure there is no confusion here. She said she’d speak to the cooks. So after this 10 minute conversation I get my sandwhich. It’s just a plain grilled cheese. Feel so annoyed by that whole interaction. If it’s not possible just tell me - I’ll order a cold turkey sandwhich. This was just so annoying.

Worst deli I’ve been to in the upper east so far. They were super rude on the phone and didn’t give me anything correct in my order. They told me they didn’t have sausage which is already weird, but then when they gave me bacon it was half a strip on the whole sandwich.
