the rice to fish ratio was less than desirable, almost 2x of what would be ideal. Tuna was fairly fishy, not sure if we came on an off day. Lights were flickering in the back room for the majority of the meal and servers are strict on finishing every grain of rice, otherwise there is a fee

My favorite restaurant in all of New York. I‘ve been eating here since 2016. The quality, flavor, service, and value are unbelievable. I could eat here everyday. The sushi is so good, I prefer it over many Omakase places.

The front of the restaurant, where the sushi bar is located, is bright but is a tad warm. The dining area at the back is cooler but is rather dimly lit. It’s hard to fully appreciate what you’re eating. Their all-you-can-eat sushi dinner seems to be popular. The pork katsu bento ($22.71, tax included) was decent, if not basic. The miso soup was served lukewarm.
