Soul food for my soul. I adore this place and the staff. The best in Harlem hands down.

The food was not good. The yabeg aletcha was unrecognisable.

A very good option for Sunday lunch In this busy area. The food was very good, we took a combo for 2 that was more than enough for 3 people. This was a different experience, eating with your fingers (and licking them often), I personally all enjoyed the lamb, my wife was found of the chicken and my daughter preferred the beef: this is what the combo is about. This place deserves a little update (tables, paint) to make it shiny and attractive again.

We ordered delivery from them and the prices were actually very reasonable for the large amount of food you get! The Ethiopian food is definitely good quality here with fresh ingredients. We had a sampling with one of the chicken dishes, one of the beef dishes, and a few vegetarian options. I particularly loved the vegetarian options. I can handle spice but this is was very spicy, still filled with flavor though. At least for delivery, they fill the plastic tubs up so it was plenty of food with more than enough injera. I look forward to ordering from here again.

One of the best meals -- hands down -- I've had in nyc in the past year. Not only great Ethiopian, great food. Flavorful and wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Food is amazing. Maybe don't talk politics.

They do not let two people share a vegetarian main course dish, unless it's a platter for two (sharing a non-vegetarian entree is fine). This is not made clear on their menu online and I have not had this experience in literally any other restaurant in any city. The food was decently good but I just did not enjoy the overall experience of being forced to change my order.

The best Ethiopian food in NYC ! Great waitress - Lily is the best : smart, cult, you can engage a great conversation! Food is so tasteful ! You should come here once a month!

Come to this place with an empty stomach. The injera bread and the entrees will fill you up.

Delicious and reasonably priced Ethiopian food in a chic, casual atmosphere. I was really impressed by the menu's offerings, but wished there were more vegetarian-friendly options. Portion sizes were extremely generous, but service was just average.
Great stuff and very consistent. The staff is really nice as well! Love it and that's why we've been there prob 40 times!

First time at an Ethiopian restaurant - I enjoyed the food. We had the vegetarian combo.

Quality of the food has completely deteriorated. I ordered takeout and was really disappointed. The collard greens are simply boiled with no seasoning whatsoever. The beef was so chewy. They must have a new chef. I'm never eating here again.

This review is not for the food. Just for the fact that they don't allow one person to order a veggie combo by themselves. Basically you have to spend close to $40 to get a veggie combo. Unheard of in any Ethiopian restaurants.
