Aside from all the riff raff that hangs out in there, the shelves are always empty, always out of product. 3 times now we went for ice cream and they were out of soft serve and the hard ice cream is freezer burned. Always staff outside smoking cigs, weed, name it. Most trashy byne dairy. Needs new management.

I’m not ever one to complain, I’ve worked quick service jobs before so I know things can happen and sometimes all you can do is be patient. However, this is by far the WORST Byrne dairy I have ever been to. Every time I’ve been to a Byrne dairy, the service has been excellent and the food has been great. So I had really high expectations coming here today, but it was just awful. If I could leave no stars I would. I went in the first time right when I arrived in the area before checking into my hotel to get a drink. When I walked in the lady at the register was saying how she didn’t know how to do something and the customer was being really patient and asked if she was new and she replied “yes I am I have only been here for a year.” That is not being new you should know how to do your job by then. Later on, I went back to get a sandwich for dinner and everything I tried to order they told me they were out of. The cashier also snapped at me and told me I should have called because it’s easier for them. I had tried to call 6 times and the line was busy every time. Then I decided I’d just get a pizza and it had no sauce on it, and it was undercooked. I’ve never had a bad experience with their food until now. I also ordered a Rueben and said I was okay with no sauerkraut because they were out of it and the lady snapped at me and said “I guess you can have it that way if you really want one” with an attitude. I also found 3 long hairs in my sandwich and threw it out. While I was there cashing out the same cashier from before that said she was new and had only been there a year was saying how she didn’t know how to do a propane tank exchange and she asked her coworker who also didn’t know how. Another customer came in and tried to make a coffee and told them the half and half and creamer were out and the same girl said she didn’t know how to fill it. He made a joke that if he knew how he’d fill it himself and the coworker said he couldn’t do that with an attitude. When he said this he was just trying to be lighthearted probably assuming the one girl was new trying to take some ease off of her. Wish I got the two girls names because they were just awful and had bad attitudes and the one girl was just dumber than a bucket of rocks. Definitely will be calling hq asking for someone higher up because this place is ridiculous and clearly many people think so. It was also very dirty. This location is honestly a horrible look for Byrne dairy because every other one I have been in has been wonderful.

Just had my daughter go pick up the garlic pizza we called and ordered which was not ready when she got there and she was told that the order was never placed so she had to wait another 20 minutes!! The pizza was not fully cooked on one side and it didn’t even have enough cheese to cover the whole pizza for over $15 for a large garlic pizza which is basically a cheese pizza without red sauce we are extremely disappointed!! Not only did it take almost an hour for a pick up order but the quality was definitely not good!!

Great sub!! Fresh rolls and plenty of meat. Delicious! Lots of choices for vegetables and toppings. Best of all, you can't beat the price!! Around $10 for a large sub. Best deal around!!

I'm not one to complain people have a bad day that's fine but the way the employee acted was completely uncalled for. I stood in line and she looked at me and waved her hand like in a circular play Come here, hurry up, let's go type of motion) and continued while I was trying to remember the pump number. I said 15.00 on pump whatever and I got an ice cream as well. It came to 50 some dollars and I go 50? She said no you said 50 in the rudest tone, I said I swore I said 15, she said no you said 50 and rolls her eyes. There's no reason to be that freaking rude to a customer even if I mistakenly you did say 50

I'll go there for gas but nothing else. They can't even fill back up the hot chocolate and cappuccino machine. Sick and tired of getting colored water.

After waiting 10 minutes for someone to get my wife and I ice cream the guy finally comes over and was all pissy because I asked for a milkshake. He said “now I can’t leave because of this” then they didn’t have either of the flavors I wanted. I don’t know if he thinks customers cannot hear him when he’s behind the counter but he just kept making nasty remarks
Whoever was working the deli around approximately 2:15-2:20pm on 9/8 needs training on how to make a sandwich that doesn’t fall apart in the wrapping, how to wrap the sandwich, and how to not appear to be in a bad mood. There was zero effort in where the meat was placed, less than the normal amount of cheese, and when asked for veggies… proceeded to place them around in clumps, including a massive white piece of lettuce that was gross

I work in all the surrounding areas and stop at different Byrne Dairy’s from day to day. This one is always the least prepared whether it is not having gallons of water or fresh food ready besides pizza.
