The last few times I have come here the food has been fresh and the staff are usually friendly. My biggest complaint is that it’s always dirty. The floors, the tables and especially the bathrooms. The staff could definitely do a better job at wiping the tables in between customers and sweeping the floors at least between breakfast/lunch/dinner services.
Nice little diner in Newark. I had the Turkey Melt while my wife had the Country Sweet Chicken Sandwich. Both were delicious and so big. The hostess and our server were very attentive.
I came in while I was nearby a month ago. The sweet young lady waiter made my day. With her big smile, was making sure everything was all right and checking often. I wish I remember her name! But I definitely be back when in the area again.. I had a cobb salad i believe and it was pretty good!
