We ordered fried chicken, baked chicken and sides for our event. Our guests could not stop raving about the flavor of the chicken. The prices were great and the owner was very helpful. We will be using this place again for sure!

Usually heard yelling (usually from owner/management), food not worth the price, bad location, very "school lunchroom". Most employees and servers were pleasant and helpful though

I was visiting from out of state and wanted a central place to meet family for breakfast. We got there and the place was completely closed. Their website said they were open and had good reviews so i was looking forward to breakfast there. Very disappointed.

It's been a little bit since I have been able to dine here but the food is fantastic; I mean the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and they also cater for part of my fraternity every winter not a bad thing to say there at all. My favorite is thier seafood bisque and they used to have fried cheese curds, out of this world. Only reason I gave them four stars is sometimes the staff seems to forget they are working at a resturant and feel like their at home so the conduct is a bit less than professional; now I personally have no problem with it I enjoy the atmosphere it feels like Newark to me but it may rub many the wrong way so I have to "star" accordingly.
Feburary 8, 2019 as black man and a military veteran I went in the restuarant there wasn't anyone around so I stood where I could be seen, when an older lady seen me standing in the dining area she told another individual there was a black man standing out there waiting not knowing I heard her say that. So I waited until the other individual came out to address me and I told her what I heard, she then proceeds to tell me she has mixed kids and she doesn't like when that's being said either. My thing is you didn't make the situation or me feel better about what was said by you telling me that...

While the food is good, the owner is extremely rude to her clients which is very off-putting. She caused a scene at our event when food was delivered, and raised her voice to the woman who was paying her, it was appalling. I don't recommend this place if you want someone kind working with you.

My son and daughter in law were married last weekend and we had so many compliments on the food. Best wedding food ever and you did a great job with serving and cleaning up. If we had it to do over we wouldn't change a thing!!!! Thank you.
