SO good! We visited for brunch on a Sunday and got the croissant, the green goddess salad, and the quiche. The quiche was incredible! Not what we expected at all as the quiche itself was small but the hash and sauces and variety of flavors was fantastic. It’s dog friendly in their outdoor dining area :) We will most definitely be back!

Such a surprise find on our way back to the city. The interior is lovely, the food amazing, the service so friendly, and Sterling the owner has brought a very authentic New Orleans vibe to Newburgh. We'll be back.
We had burnt tips and that was served with an apple fennel slaw and also enjoyed the Parpadelle with Oyster mushrooms and a Parmesan sauce with notes of fresh basil , fresh cherry tomatoes and heirloom tomatoes to complement. Overall wonderful dishes to experience! A little on the pricy side but worth it. I can see myself dining at Mama Roux in the future for sure.
