The j*** chicken is simply the best chicken I’ve ever tasted. Just perfect enough smoke. Don’t expect fancy decor, this place is all about the food.
I was celebrating my cousins 13th Wedding Anniversary with about twenty of her dearest friends. The owners of this establishment were very gracious and the hospitality was awesome. Know let’s talk about the food OMG........ Those oxtails were so flavorful. 😋I’ve never tasted them like that before. The escovitch fish was so delicious. When your in this part of town you have to stop by.
I always get the oxtails with rice and peas. Delicious! The jerk chicken is really good here too! Their meat is always tender and fresh. I just wish they always had plantains available. I guess you got to come early or call ahead of time for that. Other than that I always have a great experience here.
