First winery I’ve ever been too and what a great choice ! They were so friendly and inviting. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE getting the cheese board !! It makes the experience so much better with tasting the wines ! Got to learn a little more about dryer wines which was so interesting.
This small Gem off the beaten path was a great find! Not only was the wine delicious and complex we learned so much about how it was made and where the flavors came from. Thank you Jim Baker for this great experience!

Chateau Niagara should be a required stop on the Niagara Wine Trail! Really good wines, thoughtfully made. European wine lovers will find these familiar.Added bonus - the owners & their dog. Jim, is the owner and winemaker and is very knowledgeable and especially passionate about his wine program.
