We had a reservation for 6:30pm, when we got there we stood around for at least 5 minutes like we were invisiblble. It was not busy. Our reservation had been forgotten and we were sent to the back room and virtually forgotten. It took 30 minutes for our drinks to come (nothing was terrible complicated), then our soups came out, I had French onion and it was very bland. It was like colored water.
