Coworkers & I order from here very often but tonight after work, I ordered for my family & was VERY disappointed. My order was messed up twice which I had to return back for my wings after getting 10 minutes down the road. No biggie I guess... worse part was when I made it home, all of the beef on wecks I ordered had no roast beef. I called & had to go back a 25 minute drive 1 way to get it corrected. I was hoping they just remade the order. However they just gave me the roast beef in a few containers & compensated me with some loaded fries & offered some beer but I don't drink. I would have liked if they gave me some extra wings but they didn't offer & im not one to make demands on how I would like it made right nor make a big deal of mistakes because we all make em. But 2 mistakes on the same order that cost me almost an hr drive all together & the gas wasted, just to get extra fries was a little underwhelming. Appreciate the chef for trying aside from all. Just definitely ruined dinner with my family. Food was good as always though!!

We really enjoyed our dinner at batch. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed experiencing the local scene while on our road trip to Niagara falls. This service was absolutely fantastic and we felt right at home in this place. Would definitely recommend the beef on weck sandwich and the gravy fries. Also was very accommodating to vegetarian needs. It felt like they were playing our music playlist.

My mouth still waters from the thought of the absolutely incredible sauces the mix up. I was in town from South for a family reunion and I so wish Batch was near me. Definately the best wings and stuffed shrooms I've ever had by far. The bar tendor was the best I've ever had the pleasure of company by far. The atmosphere was perfect. They had excellent live music the second time I visited, because I couldnt not return for a second visit, even though my trip was very short. The conversation with the neighborhood folks was the best I've ever had the pleasure of having in a joint by far...... Thank yall so much everyone. Keep doing what your doing, and blessings to you all for making me full of gratitude. ANYTIME I'm remotely close I'm coming back for that goodgood asap.❤️❤️❤️ Love Brandon, NJ. MY BELLY HUNGERS!!

Had to work late and stopped in bc we were starving, the bartender and waitress was absolutely awesome, the owner who is also the chef/cook came out and asked us and everyone else how everything was, we just missed the move music but the atmosphere was absolutely amazing (busy but not crowded) service was spectacular and the food was was superb! Highly highly recommend

Last night, we were lucky to find this restaurant—it was the only one open near us after 10 p.m. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. They took great care of us, and the food was simply spectacular.
Our server, Shanie, was an absolute delight. She made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. And the food... wow! The chef, Cindy, surprised us with every dish. You could taste the passion and talent in every bite.
If you're looking for a place with delicious food and amazing service, this is it. I highly recommend it—you won't regret it!

We ordered Roast Beef on Weck to go. They separated the beef from the roll, so your roll didn’t get soggy. The service and food is worth going there.

We traveled all day and wanted a place to eat that would satisfy everyone and not kill us price wise. We came across Batch and it seemed like a good place to try. Typical neighborhood spot and we were greeted when we entered. Lisa took care of us. My self, my 6 year old twin grandchildren. And two of my older grandchildren. She took her time to explain the menu. Was great with kids and just made us feel we were visiting family. Kids were tired so very rambunctious and my older one started feeling ill. Our food came out and was very good but things began to get hectic. Lisa asked the twins what kind of music they like and immediately played Let It Go from Frozen. Then she took them out away from the table and danced with them. If anyone is reading this, please try this place out. It is more a pub than restaurant but you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Lisa, and the others who were here, for making this a less stressful night and cheering everyone up. Whenever we come back to Niagara Falls, this will be our first stop when we get into town.

Visiting from out of town, went with friends (total of four adults and three young teenagers). We had a great time. The Weck, pretzels, wings and pizza logs were tasty. Rachel was very friendly, serving us and tending the bar. Everything was affordably priced including the beer. Lastly, it wasn't too loud to talk. Highly recommend.

Best fish sandwich I have ever had! The bourbon gravy on the poutine was amazing. The live performance was really good too( she was totally giving Heart vibes). The bartender was friendly and the place was cozy and clean. If I'm ever back to the Niagrha area, I will be back.
