The staff were SO friendly. It was nice and refreshing.
My friend and I ate a late breakfast here (sandwiches served all day) and got some pastries and iced coffee. I thought the coffee was wonderful and they did have milk alternatives available.
They have some famous local donuts and had a ton of pastries and some great grab-n-go options like salads, sandwiches, wraps, and desserts.
Plenty of seating inside and they're open early/late.

Jayda and thin white girl with glasses were incredibly rude. Unpleasant and nasty attitudes. Both should probably consider finding new jobs.

I’ve been here 5/6 times and every time gets worse. Employees are extremely rude besides the older gentleman that worked nights over the winter. The two buddies behind the counter double team people and make fun of the customers and treat them like they’re stupid. You need to clean house

Jayda was absolutely HORRIBLE. Disgusting attitude for absolutely no reason. Made ugly facial gestures while talking to us as well as huffing and puffing. Mind you, she was doing to the people behind us and in front of us. We were excited to try Bear Claw Cafe, but after leaving, we were left with negative energy. Jayda, if you dont want to work, then dont go to work and give people attitude. We didnt deserve her rude behavior. LEAVE YOUR ATTITUDE AT HOME!!! ----- Donuts were good though, but customer service, absolutely horrid!

Poor service . Cashier seem to be upset or tired of working . I would understand the first time but visited location twice . Will not visit again . Time was around 1pm on 7/3/2025. Would suggest training staff to be more kind and respectful. Bad cashier !! Food is good .

The wife was looking for something chocolate so we tried this place. We ended up getting a hot chocolate donut made by Paula's Donuts and it was delicious. Fresh, lots of chocolate, whipped cream and marshmallows. It was a little pricey but I would get one again. The service was a little weird but friendly.
