Ordered 2 double whoppers both with cheese no tomatoes and no pickles one was a meal yet one was a single whopper I didn’t even get my fries and they put mustard on a whopper?!?

At approximately 1am Friday August 29th I pulled into the 24hr drive thru at Burger King on military Blvd and ordered 2 Whopper meals with cheese. I paid $19 even with my money so nothing was free. Upon leaving I got about 2mins down the road in the opposite direction and realized my French fries was stone cold and salty. I tried to pullover safely to check my whoppers and they was also freezing cold, felt like they came straight out the fridge. Lastly I paid for both whoppers to have cheese and only one of them had it and it was just slapped on it out the fridge as well. If I wasn’t so tired I would have found my way back around to return this food and asked for a full refund. The food is in the car and I will be returning it in the morning every bit of it.

On one bite i knew my oder was wrong . I said no lettuce and first bite, surprise, lettuce. This site, and the one on niagara falls Blvd is a joke. As much as I love your food, (and i really do), 85 percent of the time my orders are wrong. Glad I'm moving out of this state because hopefully I can find an location that respects the quality and time that gives your store the credit it deserves. By the way clearly this isn't your new crispy onion whopper.

Not the fastest so late at night (1:00 am on a Friday/Saturday), but very cheerful and helpful workers! So refreshing to have someone pleasant and friendly at the window! 🥰
