as it always is the food was excellent. the service however, could have been much better. definitely not the quality of service I am used to here. When one asks to have two special desserts set aside as soon as they come in at 3:30 and find out an hour and a half later that there is no dessert that was set aside, it's disappointing. It would help if the server was paying attention. It took three trips to get the salad order, correct.
Great food great experience. Customer service was amazing.
I ordered eggplant parm which was difficult to even figure out the cost. The non up charge was tomato sauce. When it came, it looked strange and tasted off. When I ask the staff member if there was meat in the sauce, she said no. After eating some more of it, I asked another staff member. The tomato sauce simmers with the meatballs and sausage and then they are removed. So that qualifies for no meat? I was very upset.
