While the food was okay, the prices were completely insane. $32 CAD for 2 eggs, 2 bacon and 2 pancakes is outrageous. I’d suggest getting in your car and driving to St Catharines for a meal that is not ridiculously inflated.

Way over priced and they nickel and dime you for everything. I was charged $7.50 for a small size of fruit that my meal was supposed to come with, according to the menu. $30 for pancakes? You’re paying for the view, better off going to a high end hotel buffet.

Lisa, our server, was lovely. Incredibly charming & attentive. Food came quickly and was great, gluten free pancakes were super fluffy. Would go back anytime!

This IHOP was overly priced! I ordered the breakfast sampler ( 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 strip of bacon and hash brown) it was $40 CAD. No pancakes!! In USA, the sampler comes with a side of pancakes. My son had 2 Chicken and waffle with a lemonade, we spend $100CAD. Go elsewhere! Since the restaurant was full, service was slow. There was a customer coughing the entire time making the experience horrible.

Food: 2 service:4Food was very disappointing. Neither fresh nor tasty. The Spinach and mushrooms omelette came with heavy cheese inside but tasteless. Bacon and hash brown was beyond your imagination in opposite way. Definitely overpriced. Over 30 per person after tax. Not worth it.

I ordered take out for my breakfast. Their gluten free strawberry and banna pancake (made from fresh batter) was amazing! portion is huge so it can be shared between two people. highly recommended. ☺️

Visiting Canada is an awesome, fun place to stay for a couple of days, but avoid this restaurant. It's horrible. Everything tasted like it was frozen and cooked hours before we got there. OK, I'm not too surprised. I ate only the eggs and toast. The bacon seemed raw. The hash browns were so cold that it wouldn't melt cheese. The milk was warm and in a dirty glass, and the coffee was burnt. And I got all this for the low low price of $96.17.. it was ridiculous. I would recommend Applebee's down the rd. I know it sounds crazy but for half the price, you get a much better breakfast..

We came to this IHOP to have a good breakfast to start off a good day in Niagara, our server Tracy went above and beyond & made sure we had everything we needed to have a good experience. The food was good, however, the other server Teri had a lot of customers in the restaurant question their decision of coming here. I called Teri over & she ignored me, thought maybe she didn’t hear me, then my sister said “excuse me” 5 times with her blatantly ignoring us then finally looked up and said ”I’ll get your server” just because she didn’t want to help her since it’s not her table, what happened to team work even if it’s not her table.. & another table that she seated she squeezed them in next to another table which was dirty and she cleared it as she seated them when there was ample space to seat that table but she decided to squeeze them in next to another table which was dirty and she cleared it after she seated them, there was many other tables on the bottom floor to seat them since the top area was closed, but she decided to squeeze them in on a dirty table next to another table with no comfort. And they were looking around for at least 20 minutes looking for Teri to come take their order and she finally came out the back chatting with another server who’s shift was about to finish. She was extremely rude and even after we left I over heard her yelling at our server Tracy from outside of the restaurant, just ridiculous, this is a tourist attraction area where people spend lots of money to go to these places, you guys should really reconsider who you have working because it was not just us who complained about her in the time we were in the restaurant, I can only imagine what goes on everyday. As a server/bartender this is unacceptable. Thank you Tracy for going about and beyond for us, your hard work should be recognized!!

The prices are absolutely absurd. A breakfast sandwich is $25. You can get a breakfast sandwich of equivalent size and quality from tim Hortons for $5 in the casino and get a view of the falls while you eat. They charge a $6 tourism tax which is indefensible.

service was not a issue. the food came out fast and my omlett was good my wife the cheese was fresh out of the package. food was good but not for the cost. spent 100ca for 2 with a automatic 20% tip and I don't mind the tip . not worth the outrageous price.
