Ordered 2 steaks. Neither were cooked as we asked. The service was mediocre at best. Very disappointing.
Would not recommend this restaurant if you want a decent meal..

$70 for an 8 once steak and small glass of beer is highway robbery. And no bread to boot. I guess it’s expected in Niagara Falls.

101 dollars for an appetizer chicken wing, one fish dinner with two sides: the half of one potato (french fries) and the half of one sweet potato(fries) with one coors light beer….And above of all that the fish made my husband puke. Definitely the last restaurant I would go in that area. Expensive and mediocre.

This is the first outback that disappointed me. Food came out so-so, meat was COLD!!!! The only fresh in this place was the celery. And the service 😡 …3 pieces of bread for a party of 8 adults and 5 kids. 🤔 when we asked for an additional…’it will come right up’ - which of course is another way of saying…there will be none for the rest of the night..😡 Forget about this place and go to one of Niagara’s local restaurants.

The server was adaquate. The food was horrible. I’m not sure when they cooked my baked potato or ribs but I’m sure it wasn’t this week. So gross! We will never go to another outback restaurant 🤢

This was by far the worst place we have ever eaten. We were starving and it was close to the hotel so we thought we would give it a try. The restaurant was fairly empty and they advertised a happy hour wing special. We thought that would be a safe bet after seeing the prices of the menu items which were extremely expensive. We asked for a booth and despite the empty restaurant they had to clean the table. The floor was filthy and sticky which should have been a clear sign to go somewhere else but we ordered anyway. We got the blooming onion which was ok, loaded cheese fries - not good and covered with simulated bacon bits, wings and overpriced salad covered in soppy dressing that we asked for on the side. They only had 3 flavours of wings and they tiny unlike anything I have ever experienced in my life - see picture below in comparison to my fork. The steak my son ordered was overpriced and still mooing - he asked for medium and got rare. He ate it out of fear of what would happen if they took it back to cook it more. Our waitress was extremely rude about everything even though we never complained and tried to make the best out of the situation, and then argued with us about what we ordered. She never asked if we wanted drink refills or if we needed anything else. We could hear her speaking to another waitress about how annoyed she was because it didn’t seem like we liked the food. If I could give this place a zero I would. Don’t get sucked into eating here despite the $30 coupon they give you. We couldn’t use it anyways as it doesn’t work with special promotions. I usually do not leave reviews but wanted to save someone else from making the same mistake we did.

So we chose to eat at outback ,BIG MISTAKE , food was mediocre and well overpriced , lobster was over cooked , ribs were meant to fall off the bone but they were dry over cooked to the point there was hardly any meat left on the bone , then to top it all theres a NFDF TAX added to the bill 10% , which isn't law so DONT PAY IT , we left feeling ripped off wont be back , disgusted
3.5/5 Stars The steak at Outback Steakhouse was excellent—cooked just right, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was also top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. However, for the price, I expected a better atmosphere. The setting felt more like a casual chain restaurant rather than a place where you’d want to sit and enjoy a premium steak. If they put a little more effort into the ambiance, it would match the quality of the food and service.

Horrible experience. Worst outback I ever been. Firstly the blooming was very greasy. The baby rack was thinner almost only bones. And what was the even worst. They charged me the taxes during tax relief time. When I asked the waitress she said they usully charge even more taxes than 13%. I couldn’t believe. Never be back

Although my service was good doesn’t change the fact that the food was mediocre at best. The sirloin was hard, chewy and choking even though I got medium rare. Quality of steaks are not good in this chain restaurant. Sides were basic and under seasoned. Five broccoli and a scoop of mashed potatoes with no gravy is $43 CAD. Not worth it for two people. We got two meals and even with the $30 discount from our hotel is was still not worth it. You’re better off going somewhere else that’s cheaper. The best thing at this place is the bread in the beginning.

I dont even know where to begin… this is my first time every writing a review in general so you can imagine how bad this place could have been. Firstly, my family and I ordered each different kinds of steaks and I cant even say which was worse. It smelled horrible and it had a texture like plastic IMPOSSIBLE to chew. All steaks were cooked incorrectly( i asked for a medium and it was rare maybe medium rare). They also charged us for a tiny birthday cake which i have never seen any restaurant charge people for. On top of all of this, they pre-selected 18% tips themselves which is just hilarious how we weren’t even given the option to! The place was empty on Christmas night which should have been a sign for us to leave in the first place but we wanted to give it a shot… there are a lot of other things I can go on about such as the poor customer service and ridiculous prices, but i will leave it at that.

Theres not enough words to describe how bad my experience here was. The only decent thing here was the service but it ends there. I ordered the new York strip and it was awful, it was overpriced and tasted like a tire. My family members all ordered a medium steak but were given a rare. Although our server tried his best to solve all the problems, there were just too many. Also, the place was like a ghost town, no wonder they needed to charge SO much, it’s probably to stay in business. Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend.
