We had a great time, quite enjoyable! The food was decent, very well portioned. A young Anthony was our safari guide and he had great service! We walked in on a Friday night (first one) in November and had no wait at 5:30 pm. Soup of the day was probably my lowest food rating, but my entree was delicious! Burger was cooked to correct temperature and fries were good (not too salty and not soggy).

Very overpriced for the amount of food that you get. The steak was so tough I couldn’t even chew it up and very dry. Service was very minimal. We came here for our last evening in Niagara Falls with the kiddos and was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Had to go to Moes after we went here because we was all still hungry after paying a $190 bill for 5 ppl at Rainforest cafe and 2 of the meals was kids meals. If you wanna save $$ and tastebuds go somewhere else

I have been to 3 different Rainforest Cafes in Ontario, CA, Anaheim, CA, and now Niagara Falls. I have to say the Niagara Falls restaurant was very disappointing compared to the others. It wasn't very clean, the food was okay but overpriced, the drinks were weak, and the whole place just seemed outdated and ran down. It's not shocking since Niagara Falls, NY is ran down in general, but I was hoping to share the magical experience I remembered as a kid with my 3 boys, and it just wasn't it.
