Service was good and friendly but that doesn’t make up for the absurd prices and almost inedible food. (Frozen burger patties, dry, and flavourless) could get a fresher burger at Wendy’s.

overall, the experience was a 6/10. The moment we got in, our hostess got chewed out by the manager for some unknown reason, granted it was New Year’s Eve and really busy. The moment we got to our table, we never received a server and waited so long that the people that were already there had left and new people came and got served before us and we still didn’t have a server. We then proceeded to ask for service and it still took 30 to 40 minutes to just place an order. Thankfully, we got the best server, wasn’t able to get her name though. food wasn’t the best but wasn’t horrible. it would be nice for the establishment to be staffed with more competent management rather than management that yells at their employees and projects anger in front of customers.

Hot chocolate was watery. Whole place felt stuck in the 90s. They couldn’t fathom we just wanted a drink. Then when they bring the bill they just leave us with it and disappear without bringing a card machine. Went to ask and got told to go back to my table and wait for the server.

The bald bartender outside was incredibly rude and stuck his fingers in the drinks to stir them.
Service is great, the waitress offered to have the food remade but regardless is still had no flavour and sauces were missing.
Photos on the menu show the burgers made with fresh beef but in reality it's frozen patties.
For the price I'd rather have gone to a fast food restaurant.

Pasta came out cold. Ate it because we were starving. Same with the poutine. Hostess said it was because the room was cold. WHAT? Basically saying we’re stupid. No! Food was cold because the waiter left the food sitting. I’ve been around for a while & I’ve eaten in many establishments & never been treated like this. Definitely not going to this restaurant again! Always know who you’re talking to when you’re dealing with this situation because I’ve worked in many restaurants and I know right from wrong. Their loss. My loss too because it was expensive.

Should have looked.up the reviews before going. Took so long for the food, waitress asked.if we wanted to clean up the bill to leave before we recieved our food. Finally got the food and it was bad, they took it back and replaced with something simple. Still charged full pop... will never go again

It was the worst. I went in because I wanted to eat pasta, but the guidance was slow. I wasn't even spoken to. It's hard to get orders. It took over 30 minutes for the food to arrive even after ordering, but the pasta was cold and the noodles and sauce weren't mixed together at all. Neither the pasta nor the sauce had any taste. The chicken was dry. I also just boiled the broccoli. I managed to eat it with some salt. There are often no staff in the hall, so it takes quite a while to check. The tip was only 18%, and it cost 10,000 yen for two pastas and two soft drinks. It's best not to go there at all.

What a bad choice! I should have checked on Google, the reviews were clear though. We were fooled by the menu displayed outside. 6 different dishes and we all agreed: bland and tasteless, pasta that tastes like water… slow service even though it's not busy. Don't be fooled!
