Had the best experience here!! They bring you fresh baked breads and butter when you arrive- SO GOOD. We started with 2 salads which were really fresh and delicious. My friend got the Pimento Burger with fries and said it was the best burger she's ever had! I had the breakfast pizza and it was absolutely amazing.

Really great place, we had dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we got the bruschetta, bisque, mushroom pizza (sans steak), and the vegan mushroom dish and all were great overall. Fun way to cap off our winter Niagara visit!

Excellent value. Reasonable service. Food not entirely prepared properly. But close enough for a learning student. Still one of the best options on the American side.

Wonderful staff, service, and food. The students and staff provide an extremely welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We had the pleasure of having the bartender, Sam, take care of us that night and it was great! Very attentive service, and was even obliged to make my boyfriend a mock-tail when he provided the recipe to them! (Try the Lemon lime & bitters!) The $40 dinner prefix is also a great deal (Bread service, App, Entree and Desert!)
Would 10/10 recommend, chefs kiss, mwah.

A great place for one of my son's birthday celebrations! Everything we chose was fantastic and full of flavor. The presentation of each dish was nice too. We come a few times a semester will be back again soon.

This was not the typical sit down restaurant instead it's located inside the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and serves as a simulation restaurant for the students that take courses there. The hostess informed me that everyone from the cooks, hosts and servers were all students which means they're still learning.
I stopped by for lunch and had made a reservation to celebrate my birthday. They seated me at a nice table by the windows. Complimentary bread is served with some butter, pickles and olive oil. My first course was the falafel stuffed with lamp and dipping sauce on the side. The lamb was cooked pretty well but tasted just a bit gamey. My main course was the German pork cutlet (jagerschnitzel) which came with some fried dough pieces and maybe pickled greens. The star of the dish was definitely the pork cutlet which was pounded thin and fried till crispy. The sauce it came with also complimented the dish very well. I also decided to get one of their mocktails (the original). After I finished my food, they came out with a special dessert which consisted of a cotton candy flavored cookie sandwich and piece of chocolate fudge cake. The cookie was way too sweet for me but the cake was just right. If not celebrating, worry not, you also get a complimentary flight of desserts as well.
Service could've been better but I'll just assume that the server was still inexperienced and nervous. Their hand touched some of the complimentary bread which seemed unhygienic, told me to put the utensils into the plate even though I was seated at a small table and they could've done it, and I overheard them remarking that someone finally ordered from the mocktail menu. It just seemed unprofessional.
All in all, this is a pretty good spot if you want a three course meal for an inexpensive price in the Niagara Falls area which doesn't have that many options to choose from. They also do dinner.

My husband and I decided to eat here for lunch on our one-day trip to this area. It was super fun to see what was on the menu, to try the food, and to help the server practice. We had a table for two by the windows which was lovely. The hostess was great and the manager came to ask us how everything was. We will make a point of eating here every time we are in town. The entrance to the parking garage is on the other side of the building. Take a ticket from the machine, park on the 3rd floor and follow the large arrow to the door, then take the elevator down to the first floor and the restaurant is to the right. The hostess can validate your parking, so you will only pay $5 at the machine when you leave. We were already parked in parking lot 1 for Maid of the Mist and would have stayed there and walked over if we'd realized how close it was but it was no biggie to park closer and only pay $5. If you are in the area, I highly recommend making a reservation and giving Savor a try. It's a cool experience to see and taste what the students are doing!

Just had an unforgettable meal at Savor Restaurant at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and WOW — what an experience! They serve three-course meals crafted with incredible skill and care, and everything we tried was exceptional.
The standout? The mushroom tartine — rich, earthy, and perfectly balanced. I could’ve eaten a whole tray of it! Each dish felt like a masterclass in flavor and presentation. You can tell the students and chefs take immense pride in what they do.
Our server, Ashley, made the evening even better — she was knowledgeable, prompt, and genuinely friendly. We felt well taken care of from start to finish.
If you’re anywhere near Niagara Falls, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. It’s one of those hidden gems that completely overdelivers. Bravo, Savor!
Always a treat to have dinner & drinks. They are learning well!
This place will forever live in my mind. Party of five, the service, food and price was excellent. We flavored tastes that were created at Savor. Top of the line service. It is a school but in the summer students are away. Worth the experience
Savor was the perfect choice of restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday whilst visiting Niagara Falls. The set 3 course menu was well priced and had a variety of options to choose from. The meals were perfectly cooked with a symphony of flavour that delighted the senses. Plating was exceptional with attention to detail. The bread baskets were accompanied by house made herb butter, balsamic vinegar and olive oil mix with pickles on the side. This was enjoyable whilst waiting for our meals. Dessert was a masterpiece and closed the meal on an even higher note. The service was seamless from start to finish. Our server Rachel struck the ideal balance between professionalism and warmth. She was knowledgeable about the menu, enthusiastic without being intrusive, and always attentive to our needs. We truly enjoyed our experience. This is truly a Standout Dining Destination!!
Great service and expertise. Highly recommend the burger.
