Located in a large plaza with grocer and Rona hardware, so there's plenty of parking and room to move for my straight truck. I've always been able to just walk in order my black Pike and be out with an a minute or 2. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I'm not experiencing what I'm reading.

I lined up this morning for the glass bearista cup and I was the first person there. There were three workers inside who saw me and a line shortly formed after. At 6am she opened the door and I asked right away if they had the cups, she said no their location didn’t receive any.
Personally, I think it would’ve been a gesture of kindness to let the people in the line know - when you’re aware they’re only lining up for one thing.
Second, my cousin just went in right now to ask if they have any left, and they said they sold out the few that they received in the early morning. This just means that the staff lied about not receiving
any so that they can purchase it. I don’t care that they bought it - I would personally want to do the same if I worked there, however the lying was a bit ridiculous. It was freezing outside also, and now everyone’s time had just been wasted.
I also asked yesterday if this location would be getting any, and the lady told me she wouldn’t know until morning. I’m not sure if this is true or not, but regardless it would’ve been pointless because each location is getting only 2 but yet broadcasting this everywhere like it’s a great thing.
Kind of just overall disappointed in the starbucks advertising and this location’s staff.
I should’ve known better because I initially pulled up to this location at 5am and saw them go inside and point at the display items. Now I’m assuming it was the glass bear mugs that they probably put on hold before anyone got there.
I won’t be wasting any time with this franchise again. Kindness isn’t a hard thing to show people. A simple “if you’re here for the bear, we didn’t get it” would have sufficed when they saw us all standing there. Even though that’s a lie.

Came in felt very welcomed had a great connection with the barista talking about how the menu was different from the US. Everything was delightful .

They sneakily charge tall coffee for the price of grande. It's the second time that happened to me. Be careful and double check your receipt.
Also as others mentioned, while 3 people working, they prioritize drive thru over walk ins, and ignore you for a good few minutes...

Service was super quick even when they were busy and Ryan was so helpful! I came in with my arm in a sling and he helped me bring my drinks out to my car! He was super sweet and I am so thankful!!

Staff members Sarah and Jennifer do not update when items are out of stock
Typically there will be an empty bag waiting at the pickup area indicating out of stock, nothing this time, I had to wait in line, they told me it was out of stock, they refuse to update the app to show out of stock. Still shows available to order 45 minutes later. I drove 15 minutes to get here. The sub items that are also out of stock are not updated on the app either. Then they struggled to figure out how to refund.

Always coming here before work to get my coffee. And on multiple occasions they always forget to put the modifications that I asked and payed for! It seems like they can never get my order right be it on uber eats or even drive thru. But i still go here hoping that it will change but I guess it’s time to go on a different location now
Don’t waste your time they’re so overrun. It’s not a place to get a quick coffee anymore.
