The people hear don't even call names for all drinks. Just because it's not English. So don't call? They choose what to do and don't follow procedures. The music here is garbage. Female manager needs to be replace.
Usually is expensive but it’s nice to get as a “once in a while treat” for yourself. My kids love the cake pops and sugar cookies. Always got lots and good selections. Love the Frappuccino section
Rude to the core! We were walking towards the cafe and when this lady saw us coming she came towards the door to close it and we clearly had some time before they closed for the day! She warned us she won’t heat any food for us and made us a pathetic cup of coffee! Go here if you want to get yourself some insults for wanting to have coffee!

Complained about coffee that wasn't the usual hot, was told that I was aggressive, told not to talk to her that way, or her employee... Couldn't believe it... I did not swear did not yell, the fact that I complained cause an over the hill reaction. Been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years, never had a bad experience until today. Have called Starbucks corporate to lodge a complaint, customers should never experience the treatment I had today.

We ordered on Uber eats 2 same drinks and somehow they did not only make them incorrectly but also different from each other?? When contacted, they told us to just call Uber for refund and nothing they could do. For a customer service business, I feel this is very unprofessional. I usually ordered at a different branch and they are nice all the time so pretty disappointed for this location. Will be last time I ordered here.

Went in with a very high sensitivity to caffeine. Asked if they were able to make it decaf for me with absolute certainty that it would be decaf. Charlotte took so much precision to ensure my drink would be okay! I hate being a pain in the butt but she made me feel so welcome and included. Thank you!!! It was delicious!

Just went to this location and the machine declined my debit card 6x plus then declines my daughter’s card. It was not our cards. After leaving i noticed even though it said declined it in fact took the money out 6x from my card and once from my daughters card. Went back in and spoke to the manager who was a complete ignorant human telling me it’s not his problem it’s our bank. It was their machine that stated our cards were declined but was taking the money out anyways. The bank noticed the mistake for 4 of the transactions and put money back in but didn’t not for the other transactions and did not for the transaction on my daughters card. Manager was ignorant and rude and not even helping despite me showing him our transactions right on our phones of the money that came out and never went back in. $20 order I paid $60 for !!!!!!!

The staff are so rude, I get my coffee 2x a day and any time I have to go to this location I know in some way a teenager is going to lecture me or be reprimanded for silly things…. It’s absolutely crazy! Customer first is not in this locations vocab… all the locations around them amazing! Don’t know who’s training this bunch but it should be followed up on…. Two incidents off the top of my head which I’m laughing kinda …. I ordered a hot coffee and it was late even though I ordered it while I was on the highway, they were clearly crazy busy and I wanted to keep it warm until I got to my destination where I had a coffee for somebody else, the stickers were right there on the counter And they were all running around so I went to put a sticker onto my lid and the barista came over and slapped. My hand. Literally touched me and said next time ask… In most other locations there either not there for customers to use or they’re out so you can place the sticker yourself depending on the location . Another incident was I ended up having a order and an important phone call came in, but I couldn’t leave my car so I decided to go through the drive-through instead, then I got this 16-year-old girl giving me a lecture that I shouldn’t be going through the drive-through unless I have specific instructions for pick up through the drive-through, clearly not something I do all the time, however Just insane that you have to have a child give you a lecture in order for you to have a convenient minute … there are others, this one was convenient to where I go when in Niagara, however I will now no longer visit this location
