Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and had a terrible attitude — not a single smile. My drink tasted awful, and when I politely asked them to fix it, they complained and argued instead of helping. They replaced it with an even worse one. Definitely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

Due to the horrible customer satisfaction, so we came early morning and start ordering the coffees, the first person taking our order was absolutely rude , i was not expecting someone from Starbucks representing like that, this is the first time i had this kind of experience with starbucks, so i ask the Lady Named LALA to please take my order, She was very nice and knowledgeable, the way she talks was absolutely nice and represent the starbucks company really nice, That was the personal experience i had today, drink is above and beyond, Love it, i hope next time when i come that person don’t treat me like that

Outrageous and Disrespectful Experience This was by far one of the most frustrating and humiliating experiences I’ve ever had in a Starbucks. I accidentally knocked over a cup that was on display — it was not protected, not secured, and frankly, the setup was careless. Instead of showing any basic human decency, the staff immediately made me pay for it, without a single word of understanding or even the slightest bit of empathy. It was an obvious accident, and yet I was treated like I’d done something criminal. To make it even more insulting, they didn’t even let me keep the cup I was forced to pay for. So not only was I charged for a broken item — which they failed to display safely — I left with nothing but a horrible impression. And let me be clear — the staff were cold, unfriendly, and completely lacking in professionalism. Not a smile, not a kind word, just blank stares and attitude, as if I was an inconvenience to them. This is absolutely unacceptable. I expected so much better from a global company like Starbucks. After this experience, I don’t see myself ever coming back — and I’ll be warning others too.

my dear friends All goods here have price tags removed to make it difficult to check the price. All coffee and other products are about 1.8 times more expensive than other Starbucks, and there are too many coffee grounds. The price is ridiculously expensive $15 for 2 cups of espresso... $50 for a tumbler... Don't go... I really regret it.
Lady we're on the phone in the back and didn't attend the counter for 10 plus minutes. Disappointing

Shout out to this Starbucks for selling their merchandise AT the retail price and not taking off the original stickers and ringing them up for whatever they want knowing they’ll sell.
This store is located on the second floor of the Wyndham hotel, by the bridge connecting it to the Hilton.
