Enquired if this location does refills of black coffee, was told 100% yes. Batista took my cup, then only after standing idle for several minutes holding my luggage did they return and said "sorry my manager said that I can't". Not a single other customer in sight, no further explanation. The interaction was such a bad experience

The barista (woman) at the morning shift should reconsider working there (or life in general). I’m giving 3 stars because of the kindness of the man of the afternoon shift who was absolutely kind and super polite

It was horrible they charge for red water a cup ice at home it costs 2 dollars for a cake pop here it’s 4 and the cake was right out of the
Freezer and a A grilled cheese cost nine dollars at home it cost five dollars and the workers there are very grumpy so one star

Went first time for my mom on her wedding day. Will NEVER go back to any Starbucks due to this location. First no where ever was I told Starbucks is a self serve coffee bar. As I went to the barista and asked for a large double cream. Yeah get over the attitude about their “special” sizes (legit didn’t care I had 6 mins to bring my mom her coffee) lady gives me a black coffee. I refuse to take it cause I didn’t order a black coffee. She sneers back pointing ACROSS the LOBBY at a table with milk, cream and sugar. What the F am I paying you to make me a coffee IF I HAVE TO ADD THE STUFF!? I won’t even buy an $8 hot chocolate. Never again will I ever go to a Starbucks as what’s the point if I HAVE TO ADD MY OWN FIXINGS.

Terrible service! The staff member refused to accept my Starbucks card, then after I paid, she mentioned she could have done it before I made the payment. Very frustrating experience.

Rude barista... she was very annoyed that I was placing an order. She seems to hate her job or just life in general. Not a good representative of Starbucks. I'll go elsewhere until they hire someone pleasant.

Walkup single customer ordering. Good coffee. Great warmed gingerbread molasses cookies. New cold lime drink needs to go back to the drawing board.

The batista obviously hated her job. Didn't make eye contact and ignored me when I walked up and said good morning. I was 11 min early so I sat at a table to let her get ready without making her feel rushed. I wanted a cup so I asked if I could place it on the counter for when she was ready. I expected her to let me know when she was able to take my order but instead helped a lady that just walked up without letting me know she was ready to take an order.
Very unprofessional. If it wasn't for the rare cup that My wife wanted I would have walked to another location.

The pre-made sandwiches were good and the coffee was delicious. The baristas were friendly and good at their jobs. The price point was fine for a Starbucks inside a hotel.

It's really the worst. No matter how many times I told the part-time worker, he didn't understand, I asked him to leave out the whipped cream, but he just put it in, and he was unfriendly... and all that.

Very rude customer service. While we are waiting to order the person was just talking to her co worker. We order regular coffee with Oatmilk and another regular coffee with almond milk. Once we got our order there was no oat milk or almond on our drinks when we try to explain that she was giving us an attitude like we don’t know what we are order. Very unprofessional, never been treated like this in any starbucks in US or CA
