Really good healthy place. All ingredients are fresh. Cashier were super nice. I got a blueberry salad and a soup and it was delicious. Size of the portion is good enough for an adult 230lb man. It was so good, that we have changed our mind and decided to order more for the dinner.

Would Not recommend based on vibes alone. Had a rude encounter with a women - I am presuming to be the owner? This past Sunday Morning, my BF and I went for a bike ride around the falls(which we do often). Swift Current was not open as this was approx 9:30 am and they don’t open until 11 or else we probably would have ordered from them. So we got Starbucks(which is right next door) and sat at an open table, on a public city side walk, or so we thought. Half way through our meal, a women walks up and very rudely told us we had to move because they are not Starbucks, she didn’t ask nicely, she didn’t offer to allow us to finish our food. She told us we had to move and pointed to a barrier that kind of partitioned this area of the side walk off and said “I don’t know why this was open” - we politely apologize and pick up our food and drinks and belongings and move outside the partition, she then comes back out and bangs the partition close in a very over the top manner and shakes it which causes my bike to fall over. I am very Disappointed that this is the hospitality people who come from all over the world receive in my hometown. There was no need for this women to be as nasty as she was, the street was dead, there were probably 15 other empty tables and they were NOT even OPEN. I can understand if they needed the tables. Or She could have just asked us kindly to clean up after ourselves. If that’s how you treat people, I can’t imagine what you do to their food when no one’s looking.

They close down at like 3:00 because they said they don't wanna work anymore. Do not recommend going.

Every time I have tried to go they have always closed 40 to 30 minutes earlier than it states on the door. Workers are sitting in waiting and when I started to leave they came running to the door to change the sign to close when it clearly stated they close at 4. The time was 3:20. Service lacks and found it to be in a way lazy.

Waited 30 min for a salad . Super slow !!!
I work in a restaurant very close to Swift, like within a few blocks, and 5 of the 6 days that I work, I'm walking my butt over to Swift to get a pizza or my favorite turkey, apple, cranberry pressed sammy and a strawberry banana smoothie. The only reason I don't eat there 1 of my 6, weekly work days is because they are closed on Mondays. Even though I am literally a waitress at a restaurant. You will not find fresher, tastier cafe food in the falls. Period. And it's extremely reasonably priced.. I truly believe the pizzas are priced at half what they should be. EAT HERE!

We tried the Cuban and the Reuben sandwiches and they were delicious! The sauce had so much flavor and meat was cooked perfectly. And don’t forget dessert, the banana pudding was amazing! The service was great, it was busy and the girls still had time to ask how it was. We will definitely be back when we come back to town.

The chicken salad sandwich is my favorite. It always gets sold out but the lady there offered to keep some aside for me if I give her a call. I've tried the soups and pizzas too. Loved them.

We were at a hockey tournament in Niagara Falls and the restaurant owner overheard that my daughter couldn't partake in the pizza party because of her gluten intolerance. She went to her restaurant and made her a personal, gluten-free pizza!! When we talked, she demonstrated a superior knowledge of foods that she learned when a family member went through a health crisis a few years back. She is a restaurant owner who cares and I didn't even get to the best part... I stole a piece of my daughter's pizza and OMG!!! So good.
Dietary restrictions: She can make gluten-free pizzas and sandiwiches!

I love this place so much! I come here once a week that’s just how much I love it! The prices are amazing for the portions and the portions are huge! I can easily get two meals out of my food every time. And they’re pet friendly! The staff and the owner are always so nice to me and I’ve never had a bad experience.

This was absolutely unacceptable, I found hair in my salad, and my chicken was raw, I got a stomach infection from the uncooked chicken and I didn’t even get a refund, don’t ever come here I don’t recommend.
