This place sucks !!! & I don't even know how bob can ask for more money on his drinks and food when the employees don't even take pride in their own jobs & produce food that looks like it was just rush together to get the cars out of drive thru 🤌 & how they ask $4 for a coffee but can't ever stir the drink before you get it 🤌 Bob needs to be more of an owner & stop letting his employees do whatever they want 🤌

Ordered two bagel/egg/sausage sandwiches and 2 med coffees just past Noon on Jan 20th. Got back to work 5 miles away to find only one sandwich in the bag. Beyond frustrating...not to mention hungry...on a freezing cold day!
I got a coffee the other day and wasn't thinking anything of it while ordering but after having a few sips it was the best coffee I've had from ANY donut shop in WNY. The young man Travis that made it did an amazing job doing so. Will definitely be recommending and going back for another as long as he makes it the same way as before. 10/10 coffee and 10/10 prices

This Tim Hortons is always busy which is good but please give more attention to those dining in instead of just the drive-through. I had to leave because to even get my order in it was taking too long. I went during breakfast hours between 9-10am.
