I am very very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Tim Horton's. I have been emailing about this issue for months now and no one is helping me.
I went to Tim Horton's at Clifton hill on June 29, 2022, on my birthday to get my free bday drink. I order my free drink and when I scanned my Tim card for points, the Cashier was talking to her co-worker the whole time, I had a Tim gift card and Tim points card in my app. She charged my Tim gift card from my app...read full review
