The chili we ordered was cold!!! throwing the food and walking out hungry. I'm not sure if the basic food safe guidelines are followed at this location.

Not wearing gloves or hair nets listening to ghetto music with profanity in it very loudly acknowledged I was there by 4 different employees and still continued to ignore me

Cashier/waitress with the short hair was nice. Manager seemed absolutely useless and berated the cashier in front of me when she asked the manager to process a refund because it was 30 minute wait for a potato and they didn't have the topping I wanted. Like excuse me miss manager I wouldn't need the refund if you were running the place better so don't bully your waitstaff about having to clean up your messes. The manager was also rude about it and tried to offer me a $4 fry to replace the $5 potato I'd ordered instead of a refund. Like no I would not like to pay an extra dollar for something I didn't want. This would be one star if not for the nice cashier with the short hair.

I don’t even think I need to say much just look at the photos. I can understand if I didn’t say no cheese but I did and it was rung up that way. I guess no one pays attention. Well my food went to waste. I had it delivered because I just had surgery. 21.00 wasted.

Occasionally I work late and every time I attempt to visit this location, they close early. On this occasion, I waited at the drive thru speaker for ten minutes with cars lining up behind me, said “hello” to the speaker with no response, drove the building, and saw two workers laughing with each other at the window. I then thought maybe my SUV didn’t trigger the drive thru and went back around. A person came over the speaker and said something broke and they were no longer serving food. It was midnight, one hour before close.
On the rare occasion I do get served at this time of night, it is typically by a sour faced employee who does not reciprocate any hellos or how are yous given. Unfortunate.

Blonde girl working the drive thru window on Mon. 21st @ 10:30 pm seriously needs to find a new job . Whewwwee miserable as can be. 10reg nuggs & 10 spicy nuggs is rocket science right? Because I got 20 rock hard plain nuggs that my tooth broke on. ???♀️ tried calling but of course t can’t be bothered to pick up a phone. Just rude & miserable as hell
Edit to add - andddd this morning my girlfriend & I both woke up with some nasty food poisoning to top it off. ? stay far away from both Niagara Falls locations ✌️
