Come here all the time especially on nights for the UFC and we made a mistake and came on a Monday and omg the service was crap they gave me food that still uncooked and rubber wings and then when they got me new ones they were the same thing and absolutely no sauce... Then our server disappeared and ignored us to pay and waited on the people at the bar instead... Lesson learned never again

My friends and I went here and in my 56 years on this Earth I have never had a waitress tell me that they are not responsible for cross-contamination and if we experience any issues it's not her fault if we die. Aside from that our appetizer was brought out after our food. We spoke to management and we had a complete and total reversal deflection going on where she blamed us for the disgusting steroid looking hot wings that my friend didn't even want to eat. Then she proceeded to say that the wings look like they were on steroids because we wanted them cooked longer. Are you getting these people from horrible employees.com? Horrible service will never go back. For the money we spend there it's pretty disgusting that we had to experience that kind of service.

Grateful to have a spot to eat on a busy Saturday at the casino. BUT....Kristen was our waitress Very Nice lady,but never came back.. she was accommodating as far as drinks. Food was mediocre at best. Wings were mushy. We had a 10 top. We were told NO SEPARATE CHEVKS because she was too busy.. That's absurd!!! Also, the $40 service charge should be mentioned!!! Sadly, we definitely won't go again.

If you like to be ignored when you arrive and then wait forever to eat, this is your place!

Went to eat lunch with wife on Wednesday. Not busy at all, maybe 4 tables and some people at bar. Stood at entrance for several minutes before realizing no one was going to seat us. Went at sat at bar. We sat there for at least 15 minutes with no greeting from anyone. Noticed all this time there were no waitresses. Just one person doing all the bartending and waitressing. One employee!?!? I understand most businesses are understaffed, but you must at least let people know they're going to be ignored. A sign or something. Ridiculous. We left after being treated as invisible. If you can't get employees, close the place, don't treat people like that.

I go to Coasters one week and order a Caesar Chicken Wrap. Take it back to where I work and find out there's no dressing on it of any kind and no one asked if I wanted any when I picked it up.

I go back there again the next weekend and order a Turkey Hoagie with Fries to go. And it comes out and the waitress asks me if I want Mayo to go with it- When it's listed on the Menu that it comes with it on it already. So I say Yes to the Mayo Packets and go back to the office.

Go back to the office to see the Hoagie is two pieces of bread, lightly toasted with butter on it. No Mayo to speak of on it either, meaning I have to take apart the sandwich in order to put Mayo on it.

Speak to the Supervisor, he asked me if I've spoke to the cooks, which isn't my responsibility. And proceeds to say he'll speak to his Supervisor about it, which is the same response I get every time I speak to him about it.

Don't go to Coasters, it's literally not worth the money people pay for it.

Great service,great vibe, great live music, could be the worst food ever. Poor quality, overcooked, took forever and even the salad was wilty. Time to bring in John Taffer's bar rescue. No shortage of customers is they can work out the kitchen quality.

My cousin and I went to coasters last night to order food to go and the bartender told us that it would be 20 minutes to be able to order. After about a half hour, we decided to sit there and eat so ordered our food. After about half hour of ordering our food, the waitress said our food should be out in a few minutes. It took another hour before getting our food. Even though it was father's day, we didn't get to coasters until after 8 pm and it wasn't that busy at that time. So from the time we got there until the time we got our food, it was actually over 2 hours which was ridiculous. The waitress was nice and apologized, which it wasn't her fault. If you don't get kitchen help that can handle the job, you're going to lose customers. At this point, I don't plan on going back there to eat again

Our food (2 hamburgers) took an hour. Our fries were cold. It also took a waitress 10 minutes to notice we were waiting to be seated. We won't be coming back to eat here!!

Food is typical bar food. Dude behind the bar got mad because I told him I was ready to place a to go order. Service here is absolutely dreadful. Bring your own food or just grab Wendy’s before you get to the casino.

I like coming here and watching sports, and the servers and bartenders are nice people, b but service is never good. Even when I’ve seen a decent amount of wait staff, I’ve waited forever just to even have someone interact with me, even say hi or ask what drink I want, let alone how long it takes to order or actually get food. Food is decent. But if they can actually serve their customers, they’d do a lot better. Posting this as I’m sitting at the bar, waiting for any kind of service whatsoever. Be prepared to wait if you come here.

Came here tonight waitress sat us at a table for 45 minutes never gave us menus or anything she even walked by us numerous times. Finally she came over we ordered a drink another 15 minutes goes by and no drink. This place is the worst. Never been so ignored in my life. Aboustly disgusting. I always thought Tioga downs was better than this. Won’t ever waist my time coming here again..

Worst meal I’ve had in a very, very long time. Bar was considered “busy” at far less than half capacity and food I ordered was inedible. There isn’t much worse than returning to a room hungry when you order and pay for a meal after a long days travel.The food and service alone are enough of a reason not to stay at this hotel again. Such a shame.
