Went at 4:30 pm, they opened at 4:00 pm for dinner. So much of the food was dried out, clumps of food. Think it was leftovers from lunch. I had coupon so meal was free but I would never pay money for the food they’re serving. Tasted like frozen packaged food. Don’t recommend

Everyday is something different and the price varies day to day. All information for pricing, times, (they close at certain times to switch from lunch to dinner). Also some of what they serve, brunch, steak night etc can be found on the website for tioga downs.

We went on a Monday afternoon about 1:30. Turkey and Ham was very dried out like the Sahara. Baked chicken was good as well as mashed potatoes and dressing. The server for beverages didn't speak to us and never asked if wanted refills. The woman who sat us at the table didn't speak. They were not busy. They have to have very bad management or this is not a good place to work. They do not understand customer service at all. Also expect a tip for very doing very little. If management looks at these reviews you can do better!

Came in at 6:10 pm on Wednesday February. 18th and there was hardly any food left. I come here often and was very disappointed on your selection of food which was little to nothing . Need to plan better to make customers happy

As a trucker. I love going fishing buffet but this one was really bad. I would never come again. Dry food and not that many selection for 28 dollars.

I stopped there on my way back to vestal from elmira. The food was good but my mom is a former old country buffet employee and was kinda shocked that I said old country buffet was so much better and with more of selection of food.

If you go when it's busy then the food is hot and fresh and a different experience. We went on a Monday night at 6 and it looked like the food was sitting since lunch. Food only has a 2 to 4 hr window and some of it was truly inedible. The ranch container at the salad bar looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year, there is a yellow ring on the inside.. Whoever is the kitchen manager should be batch cooking the food and then when it looks like crap, ditch it and cook just a little more again. The desserts looked like they were 3 days old and scary. There are also a ton of just empty spots on the buffet. Why? You people need to get it together, you could make people sick, and you should be ashamed to charge people money to eat old food.

My first time here! 2 night stay while our RV is being repaired in Binghamton. I asked MANY people about the buffet, even employees around the casino. Nobody said it was great! Actually everyone said the older crowd likes it! I must be older. It was great both times I was there. Turkey dinner lunch to AUCE Snow Crab πŸ¦€ Legs on Thursday night from 4:00-8:00pm. Excellent! Had to let others know to try it.
Regina was our server for crab night! She is so sweet and helpful, friendly and quick to serve! She gets her own 5 stars from us! She made our dining experience awesome!
Thank you, Regina! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything picked over and the way the food looked it looked like vultures were on a kill and were leftovers to pick at. Not the best for the money.
I usually go back for a little more but passed on that option. Flies abundant also.

Over priced nursing home food. Before Covid it was decent. Now it’s not good at all, they have little special events for sea food but I’m allergic so I couldn’t tell you what that is like.

It is extremely irritating when you have at many visits asked for coffee refills and never received them. Also there are always empty trays that should have food in them but have not been replenished.

The buffet is worth it. Food is decent and has a little of everything, and an affordable buffet offers a senior discount on monday n Tuesday, and they offer military discount every day. Monday - Wed price is $14.99 only $12.99 Tuesday and Wed for seniors. Thursday is more expensive because all you can eat crab legs on Thursdays. Friday they offer steak n shrimp, Saturday they offer prime rib n shrimp, Sunday is brunch.

Miserable looking staff cutting meats, food was the worst I've ever eaten andit made all four of us ill that night. I think I will eat outside this casino if I ever come back.

Over priced buffet for Mother's day. It had a standard menu and was understaffed. Long waits at serviced stations and staff needed reminders to replace food trays. Silverware was being rolled in napkins and dumped on the podium. Napkins were not available without request and finding plates was a puzzle. The staff worked furiously to try and accommodate everyone.
Please put the plates out and not in cubbies. Have additional silverware available for guests. Make a wheelchair accessible area to dine.
