We hired Bernie’s Blue Line Barbecue to cater our class reunion, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless. Jason is an absolute dream to work with. He responds promptly to every message, goes above and beyond to be thoughtful and accommodating, and is generous in every possible way.
And even if none of that were true (which it definitely is), we’d still hire him again in a heartbeat because the food is PHENOMENAL.

Bernie’s Blue Line BBQ was an absolute standout at our 10/05/24 wedding! Jason, the mastermind behind it all, is not only an incredibly talented BBQ chef but also one of the kindest, most down-to-earth people we’ve ever known. His communication was top-notch, and his care and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Pulled pork family meal was excellent. Pick up time, and meal was prepared and ready to go. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Clean and attractive outside and in. My only wish is for more takeout dates, but these guys need a break from their super busy summer season. Thank you for what you do!
