I usually stop here when going to my in laws house. And sometimes it's pretty average but the past few times have been a huge disappointment. We've ordered the loaded hash browns the last three times we went and every time they tasted like they were fresh out of the freezer. They've routinely missed parts of my order, and the food is simply mediocre at best. It's not a busy time when we go too so I'm unsure what the issue is. Maybe hire some more people to correct these mistakes.
Every time I come here they either screw something up on the order, or are terribly slow. Or both. It seems like every drink is just a little different than every other Dunkin.Clean atmosphere and convenient location. Just no sense of urgency of the staff. Even when it’s a slow time and the drive through isn’t busy.
