French onion soup is a vegetarian version & has no taste & misleading if you expect the real thing. terrible. pastrami sandwich was dry & lacked taste.
maybe cook the pork tenderloin whole ,slice when it's plated,cut off burnt ends and serve on a hot plate with demi.and try not to cook it to death.salt is your freind,even a dash would have saved the spinach
