We went through Melissa for our wedding cake this fall. We are both big DND nerds, so we wanted a cake that looked like a 20-sided dice. When we had reached out to her with our cake idea, we weren’t sure if she would be willing to try, but she was thrilled at the chance to try something new. We were also struggling to pick cake flavors since so much looked good, so she offered to combine the two flavors we wanted into layers. We were so happy with how it turned out, both look and the taste.

We ordered a cake for our wedding from Melissa DiPasquale-Moore (owner of Belle Dolci), and our aunt ordered a full table spread of desserts to be put on a dessert table. I have an email of proof stating that the deliveries were supposed to happen around 3 PM on October 28th to the The Lodge at Harrisburg Lake. The cake did show up a little after 3 PM, and it looked like it was rushed and appeared that an amateur made it. The bottom set of flowers were already falling out and wouldn’t stay in the cake, our store is open any subs as seen in Melissa‘s Facebook post of our cake on her page. The cake was definitely not done the way I was looking for it to be done. The delivery driver did not bring the desserts, but when my aunt called Melissa, Melissa lied and said that the delivery driver was planning already to make a second delivery with the desserts. Melissa‘s location is about 45 minutes away from the lodge, so there is no way they were planning on doing two deliveries. Melissa completely forgot about making our desserts all together. Melissa kept promising that the desserts were going to show up, but they never did. My aunt emailed her late that evening asking to be refunded immediately. Here we are 2 1/2 weeks after our wedding, and Melissa has not refunded her for the desserts that she paid for, but we never received. My aunt, and I both left voicemails for her, and she continues to ghost us. How completely unprofessional. I would hate this to see this happen to someone else on their wedding day. She literally ruined the dessert part of my wedding, and it was a complete embarrassment. I have since asked her to refund my cake also since she did ruin that part of my wedding, and since the cake was nothing special to look at in the way that I requested it to be. I absolutely believe those bad reviews listed below by Maddie Kuzmich, Lilliana Murillo, mrgarcia94, Mark Gilmartin& Kristy McDonald. I can’t believe that Melissa goes so far as stooping that low as she pretends she doesn’t know these people also.I am asking that anyone who has a negative experience with her, please report it to the Better Business Bureau. I really don’t want this to happen to someone else, when she doesn’t bring their desserts to their wedding or special event. She really should aim to go into a different business venture in which she doesn’t need to stay reliable to customers or make them happy. I wouldn’t even bother putting a negative review, if she did the right thing and refunded us, the first couple of times, we asked her. It’s obvious to me, though, that she really doesn’t care how she treats her customers, or if she ruins things for them, or if she embarrasses them. So sad ?

An unfortunate series of events unfolded where my friend is now out $500 for a cake tasting that was never delivered. The owner has since ghosted and is no longer responding to my friend in any fashion (email, social media, etc.) It's come to my conclusion that this owner longer is in the business of making money providing quality cakes, and is in the business of snaking people of their hard earned money. Buyer beware, F- won't buy from again.

She doesn’t give you products that you legally paid for and then ghosts you when you are trying to request a refund and gaslights you into thinking she’s done nothing wrong. Ask for custom cookies for my mom’s anniversary of two years being breast cancer free, and they never got done. This was back around the end of April, I would message them to keep updating on how it was going. I get there were emergencies that came up but then you keep posting bakery items on your stories, and I see other people posting your stuff you make. I’m not very happy… I truly love the cookies you make but I’m not really happy that they were never made, I was honestly very patient with you, and respecting you had emergencies but still if you own a bakery, it’s your job to make sure your customers are happy.
