Visited twice once for dinner, the second time for drinks & snacks. Food was great, I recommend the gravy fries. The fried halibut, also worth it! My wife & are from Wisconsin & this was the bar experience we were looking for! I'd call this place a dive bar, but to be clear that's high praise.
Fast friendly service, good breakfast food at nearly lunch time, good price. Local regulars hanging out, everyone knows everyone else, they didn't mind me barging into their conversation at the diner counter.
the atmosphere is great, my aunts fries were cold so we told the waitress. Instead of just serving her a new batch of fries she took the plate sandwich fires and all and threw it in a microwave. The pickles on the plate were hot lol
