Great local gathering spot with lots of space for large parties, including a separate dedicated event building for weddings, corporate events, etc. Pizza is amazing and the owner/manager was extremely accommodating -- they really went out of their way to make sure that every customer was happy with the experience.
Great place to grab some dinner after a long day hiking a 46er. We were staying around a campsite near this brewery and every time we passed keep saying we would like to try it out. We checked it out and brewery was amazing. Grabbed their Beaver Bite beer, which had a nice pine taste. For food, grabbed their burger and poutine. Foods were tasty and filling. Overall, would definitely come back to grab more beers and foods.

My buddy and I still remember heading north to Ticonderoga and the North Hudson region for his bachelor party, some of the group hiking, and trying the local restaurants and bars. Paradox Brewery lives on in our minds as a place with delicious pizza, reasonable prices, and friendly and helpful staff.
