“My buddy and I still remember heading north to Ticonderoga and the North Hudson region for his bachelor party, some of the group hiking, and trying the local restaurants and bars. Paradox Brewery lives on in our minds as a place with delicious pizza, reasonable prices, and friendly and helpful staff. I recommend any hikers or lake fishing trips stop in if they enjoy a crisp beer in January, July, December, and every chance in between. ? “Warm, cozy place for a cold night, (or any night!)Fireplace lit up out front. Soft Ice cream out front in the summer. Got the Buffalo chicken pizza, meatball parm, blackened steak tidbits, the eggplant stack and some soups. Food was delicious. Some of the best fries we had up here. Killed it all!!“
