Bella Domani Catering & Banquets

We have had three major life events at Bella Domani’s. In 2008 I had my high school grad party there. In 2023 we had our wedding there. And just recently on 12/12/25 we had our daughter’s sweet 16 party there. The party started at 6 pm. The establishment had another party that went to 4:30 pm which left us with an hour at the most to set up. We had been in constant contact with them. They knew we had a DJ who needed time to set up. They knew we had a rented Photo Booth that took time to set up. We had balloon arches and backdrops. Numerous decorations etc. The staff stood there and watched us scramble and run around without even offering to help. We had a huge thing of bruschetta we ordered along with pinwheels prior to the main course. The small breads for the bruschetta ran out and instead of bringing more out, they brought out saltine crackers instead. How do you think that looked to our guests? Not acceptable at all. Especially since we paid for 55 people but we were definitely way under that. The party alone to rent the place was just shy of two thousand dollars. Not including the cake, dress, hair and makeup etc.(obviously done elsewhere). How about next time you have a party at 6 pm, don’t book another party so close to it. Had we been told prior that we’d need to pay for extra set up time, I would’ve done it. Crystal from Bella’s called me and she seemed a little annoyed and asked me “why didn’t you ask them when you were there?” HELLO! We did ask for more breads and were given crackers. There wasn’t one manager around who came out to introduce themselves and say hello despite Crystal saying she was in the kitchen cooking. I am just really disappointment. The ball was majorly dropped here. We spent two grand and were given crackers and zero help setting up. The DJ was also under a lot of pressure with the time crunch. It just wasn’t fair to us nor to my daughter who was looking forward to her special day yet it was tarnished by your lack of hospitility.

we got the family-pac for thanksgiving,hot to go. IT was great, enough for left overs to take home this our 2nd year doing this,will do next year if it is available,thanks for the hard work your staff does making this great!!!! joe m.

👏 Thank you to all of you who work so hard to cook for Thanksgiving, it was delicious.
I learned about Thanksgiving to go~at BD from a co worker, at first I laughed, who orders meals to go on Thanksgiving?
Till the year my oven ceased and guess what I ordered. The following year I cooked as usual, but every year since then we order turkey dinners from them!
It was just fantastic, it makes our day as we are usually exhausted from work and can just relax. Been there for several different occasions and it's always been a good experience with food.

Extremely rude and unprofessional interaction with an employee at the Syracuse Stage. I am here to see a performance and innocently went to put a singular cube of cheese on my plate when I was then rudely yelled at and asked to drop it and walk away as I was unaware that the food was for a certain work event occurring here. Meanwhile this same employee is eating the food as we speak. Could have been handled so differently. Ruined my night.
