Nice people, food was good, but (there's always a but) maybe needs a little color in the room. It's a little sterile. But that could be so it fits alot of different events so I'm not gonna dwell on that.

Had such a great experience here to host a gathering! Lots of space, staff went above and beyond to help me as I was so last minute. But most important… THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD!!!!! Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything went smooth and the entire event was perfect, thank you ALL to Bella Domani!!!

I joined a friend at her job Christmas party at Bella Domani.The banquet room can seat over 200 guests (our group was half that) and it is clean and has a neutral decor - I love the barely crooked wall art! I'm told "it's a thing".There is a bar in the room, and has a good selection of drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic; as well as a handful of bar chairs.How the tables and chairs are dressed depends on renters' desires - our chairs were not dressed and in very good condition. The tablecloth was in very good condition. As were the plates, glassware and silverware.The staff were polite, kind and quick to keep empty plates taken care of. They also answered questions knowledgely whit a friendly attitude.The food was set up and ready we entered the hall - our group was about 20 minutes late as some were working up to the 6pm start time of the party. Then the company had a few activities and prizes to give out before we began the dining at 7pm - this maybe be what caused a couple minor issues...The staff of Bella Domani organized which tables went up to the buffet, so there were no bottlenecks. This flower wonderfully.The food itself was overall tasty and most of it was hot or cold as you'd expect. Only 2 hiccups: the meatballs and sausage in pasta sauce were slightly warm and the chicken was found by some to be over cooked and dry (again likely due to the delay by the prizes and quick talk). The hot food had sterno heaters under them, thankfully. All food were replenished as needed in a timely manner. I forgot to get a photo of my plate before I started eating... and I did finish the meal. I enjoyed it!In the event I'm throwing a large party I will definitely be having it at Bella Domani !

Recently attended a Celebration of Life at this establishment in Syracuse. Easy to find off Taft Road, parking is plentiful. Very clean, bathrooms were spotless, and place appeared well kept and modern. Dining Hall was very nice, food hot & fresh, and servers were very gracious, and kind during the service. What really made it exceptional is the service was from 12:00-3:00 but several people arrived late yet the staff still stayed on and took care of them. Two thumbs, thanks so much for the kindness, good food, and clean facility.

Was there for our Grand- nephews Graduation party. Everything was nice. Workers very friendly & did great jobs doing what was needed. Food was very tasty and fabulous. Had an enjoy time there.
