This place is typically good. Super busy, but the line moves relatively well. This morning the line was long and SLOW. I tried to go the front counter to pick up my to go order. LOCKED! I hopped back in the line having lost two spaces. Eventually go to the window to see one person hurriedly getting our order together. She was calm and courteous. She apologized and informed us that no one showed up for work. She handled a bad situation well.

Kid-friendliness: My ten year old wanted to order, pay and get the drinks/food himself. He did all of it and the staff were so kind and sweet to him. He left there feeling so proud of himself and it made his day!
