I’m extremely disappointed with this experience, especially given how important this cake was for my goddaughter’s baptism. We provided a reference photo and were assured they could recreate it with no issues. If they had said otherwise, we would have completely understood. However, despite their confidence, the final cake looked nothing like what was promised: the piping, colors, a big crack down the center of the cake and overall presentation were sloppy and below expectations.
Throughout the process, we remained calm and respectful and simply expressed our concerns as paying customers. Unfortunately, we were met with unprofessional and rude behavior instead of understanding. One staff member responded in a passive-aggressive manner telling us not to return, saying “well in that case you know for next time,” and closing the box. The young girls’s name was Marley I was told.
We initially left but returned after noticing the cake itself was not even a proper cannoli cake it was basically vanilla cake with frosting and no cannoli filling, which does not justify the $100+ price. When we tried to speak with a manager to explain our concerns, the situation escalated further, with yelling and threats to call the police over a complaint about a product they failed to deliver correctly.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespectful treatment of paying customers made this a very upsetting experience. Customers should be able to voice concerns without being met with hostility or escalation!

Had their pies at thanksgiving at a friends and were pretty good . Decided to order instead of baking for Christmas . The pies were a real disappointment, flavors were off. Most went in the trash . Even my friend who ordered again , when I told her she also said they were terrible . Never again .

I have always had a wonderful experience with not only the baked goods but the staff here as well. The staff is always warm and friendly. The baked goods are always delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It is nice to have such an incredible option, that is a local bakery. I often love their order ahead feature because you can just drive up to the drive-through in the back and get your order instead of having to stand in line waiting inside.
