From the outside it appears closed. Completely dark. Walk in and it is very tiny with one person behind the counter on their phone. Tables and establishment are dusty and gross. Looks like nothing has been cleaned in months. Order one grilled cheese to go that the employee makes on what looks like a george foreman grill right behind the counter. Takes 20 minutes and was served on a plate. Inform it was "to go." Charged $15 for one extremely greasy and mediocre sandwich.

Why is it that sandwiches always take 30 minutes or more to make? Also, the store is actually filthy. Bathroom is really disgusting. How can you expect to maintain a customer base with those conditions? Flys were everywhere. Unacceptable for any food establishment. It’s sad bc its such a great concept but, probably won’t work out if things don’t change soon.

Last Sunday we did a day trip to Northport for the first time. We had a fantastic cheeseboard and great ale. The blue cheese was amazing (and I generally only “like” blue, this one was so delicious). We sat outside with the dog looking over the harbour across the street and people watched. We will be back!

Brew Cheese in Northport was absolutely filthy. Sickening for a place to eat. I didn’t finish my grilled cheese because the sandwich tasted like a greasy grill. Gross- clean the store!Service was terrible. The answer to everything we wanted was I wasn’t trained for that- there was NO support for the poor girl . She didn’t know any cheese except Brie. You can’t choose your own cheese for the sandwich because——- she wasn’t trained on any cheese .The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.Don’t go here ever. Place needs to be condemned

One of the best grill cheese sandwiches and tomato soup I ever tasted. The tables outside needed to be clean, the service could be better, but the food was great.

Really love the food but the customer service is becoming awful and it's not worth coming here at this point just to be disappointed

The best way to spend a fall afternoon! Grab a sandwich and a cold drink and hang out BH the water. Absolutely delicious food and really hits the spot, especially if you are a cheese lover.
