Awful, it pains me to say it because I LOVE Carvel! They gave me the tiniest soft serve just like the photos from the last reviewer. When I got home everything was a melted awful mess and the ice cream was not even filling half the container. It was really disappointing.

As someone who's worked as a server in plenty of other different restaurants and been a customer, please don't be the type of person that comes in 10-15 minutes before closing. It's annoying.Also service is great, soft serve are awesome as always. Def pricey but it's not an everyday thing, so that works

I order a sundae pistachio and it’s like it was too dark I tasted like pistachio soda not ice cream the last time it was lighter like milk was added and it was great they really need too watch when making the pistachio soft serve it great when done right I was really disappointed in this purchase

I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and got chocolate milk instead. Their milkshakes are so watery don’t waste your money coming here.

We just picked up ice cream from here last night. That along with friend reminding me I can review I give this a five and my kids give it a 6
Was skimped severely on the soft serve. $12 for 2 sorry excuses for ice cream. All other Carvel shops at least give enough ice cream to cover the cup. Ice cream is icy and tastes less creamy than the other local carvels. I don't think I will be returning. Time to take the 10 minute drive back to the Kings Park shop.

Wish I could rate this a zero. Went at 9:30 when they close at 10. All the lights were turned off. Said they didn't have ice cream out. Don't advertise that you're open until 10 when clearly they're not. Won't be back.

I crew up on long Island. Now live in Nebraska. Carvel is a must go when I visit. Great fresh ice cream, lots of flavors I never try. Hard and soft icecream available
