Sadly this place has really gone downhill. Definitely not the Copenhagen of old. I bought a cheesecake and cannolis to bring to a dinner party. The cheesecake tasted awful like it was stale. The cannolis were definitely left out too long since the shells were soft. I was really embarrassed when it came time for dessert and I tasted the cake and pastry. It was not my fault the goods were so bad, but this bakery used to be old reliable. Not anymore. By the way I went from the bakery to the party so there was nothing wrong on my end. I guess making money is now the prime objective.
They should be embarrassed to sell stale, inedible cake
Took one bite and threw it away
New York Dan sent me here! They gotta watch the coffee station though, I see people sneaking refills 🤔
Shameful! I stopped by to buy a piece of cake to celebrate my dads, who's past, birthday. Bought a piece of cake which was stale and uneatable. The strange thing was I went to Hometown in Centerport and meet a very nice couple there and we started to talk only to discover they felt the same way about Copenhagen. They should be embarrassed to have this reputation!
We wanted to create a beautiful dessert spread for our rehearsal dinner and Copenhagen bakery did an amazing job. They worked with me to create a beautiful custom order, with petit fours, a special cake, and beautiful macarons. Marie was wonderful to work with - so accommodating and friendly. We'll definitely be working with them again on special orders in the future.

Received a box of cookies from here. honestly probably the worst cookies I’ve ever had. They were extremely hard and dry. I guess if you like over baked and super crunchy cookies these might be for you…

This yummy Copenhagen omelet with smoked salmon, Havarti and dill, and multi-grain toast. I opted out of the potatoes although they are delicious. Also got a ham sandwich for lunch. They use real, sliced ham - no deli stuff.

I really don't know how the food and baked goods are because the place was so crowded I turned around and left. Must be something good going on there for so many people be there.
The soup/bread/cookie combos are where it's at. The canolli was a bit of a bummer, but decent. Lots of other sweets that look great. Directly across from a great spot in the park to sit and eat.

Oredered a grilled sandwich with tomatoe and avocado. It arrived not grilled. Pastrami sandwich had salad missing and dressing. I bought 2 brownies, they were missing in the bag. Copenhagen sucks!!!!
