“Artie the owner is a bin vivant, greets every customer warmly and enjoys every minute in his place. It shows through the service, the food and the atmosphere of the place. The waitresses are wonderful - mine read the menu for me and translated the dish names (which are in German) and explained each dish. I asked for something that wasn't quite on the menu, and she said she would figure it out. I had the beef rouladen and she brought a side of mushrooms, which went perfectly with the roulade sauce. The desserts are good, the bathrooms upstairs (something to note if you have trouble with stairs), but overall - it's a great restaurant.“
