We got pizza( NY STYLE ) and mini risotto balls. They burned the pizza and the inside of risotto balls was un edible mush!!! $50 plus $10 tip went directly in garbage after 1 bite. Very disappointing. I grew up here in village and try to support the local businesses but we will not be returning. Better off at piezanos up the street.
Amazing amazing food! Highly recommend getting the vodka pie, won't let my husband go to northport without grabbing me one. Great atmosphere, good music and drinks. We take friends and family there whenever we can, they actually took another order to go of the pasta they had because it was that good. Pizzas are made in a brick oven imported from Italy and it makes all the difference. When people love what they do it shines through and La Porta is a gem
We haven't been to LaPorta in such a long while. Our son would go there as a teen and meet with his friends all the time there. We always knew he was safe. So last evening we had a performance and couldn't celebrate our anniversary, so tonight I said lets go to the "new" LaPorta! Well, I sure made the right choice. The food was simply AMAZING!
