Bagel's are ridiculously expensive, and the counter people should spend more time working at the counter, than bs-ing in the back. There are much better choices in Northport.

Joselyn, an employee of Mo's Bagel and Deli of Northport is a disgrace to Mauricio's business. Joselyn is rude, extremely unpleasant and goes out of her way to pad the bill. Ordered 1 dozen bagels, assorted cream cheese and asked her to slice 4 bagels. She never said there was a charge. She charged 75 cents for the 4 bagels and $1.60 for non-cash adjustment because I paid with a credit card. In addition, she charged me $15 for a special cream cheese she said was $12 a pound and the scale read exactly one pound. I realized the overcharge after I left the store.I called the Greenlawn Bagel store, Mauricio's second store and spoke with the manager who said there is not any charge to slice 4 bagels, only for a dozen and said Joselyn is nasty to everyone both customers and other employees, but help is hard to find. I hope that Mauricio will make some changes, keep a watchful eye on her to avoid loss of business, after all, there are so many bagel stores to choose from. If Joselyn cannot be pleasant to the customers, she should stay home.

Place is nice and clean but bagels tasted old, sub par spreading

Not open when the posted hours says it is. First rule of buisness… be there when you say you’ll be there.

Hidden Gem, everything is so good and fresh. One of the best on the north shore.

The staff member who was taking my order was terribly confused when I asked for some soup. “….we don’t serve soup….” And I turn and look at the giant sign in front of the deli that says “Try Our Homemade Soup”Maybe they should remove the sign from the window if they don’t actually prepare soup

Excellent food, one of the best bagel places around for sure

Out of the 8 bagels I purchased to bring back home to the Midwest, 7 of them were not fully cooked. And the scallion cream cheese was really not like cream cheese at all with only a slight scallion taste. And to boot, the young female coworker behind the counter was going to place 2 plain bagels in with the half dozen onion bagels - REALLY?? - until I asked her to put the plain ones in a separate bag.
good, not great. Quite pricey tho, run of the mill. BEC PK and a sm coffee was $9 huh for what

Can't even comment on the food, bc it never showed up. Placed a Doordash order at 630am. 700am, app shows Dasher at store, waiting for order. 715 my phone rings, it's Doordash telling me that Mo's "never received my order" and they're canceling it and refunding. Doubt I'll try again.
