I visited this store a few months ago with some college friends. We made a few lighthearted comments about a different store, but the manager overheard and reacted in an unnecessarily rude and accusatory way, assuming we were talking about his establishment. It made the experience uncomfortable and left a negative impression. The teen employees are always kind and helpful, but I would prefer not to return while this manager is present. His behavior personally affected our visit in a way that felt unwarranted.

This was actually my first time trying a frozen yogurt shop. Went into it thinking it was a similar operation/concept to ice cream - boy, was I wrong. They have different size bowls, but the price is based on weight - however much you can cram into said bowl is how much it’ll cost, but you can’t weigh it til you get the counter. The yogurt was delicious but it ended up being significantly pricier than I expected.

My favorite frozen yogurt shop on LI! The staff was so friendly! All the flavors and topping are to die for. My favorite part is how fresh the fruit is. Everytime I go here it’s a 12/10 experience! I highly recommend.

Very bad place. Does not close at the time they say they do. I came at 8:51 and the doors were locked they said they close at 9. Their workers were rude and had no sense of urgency. Go somewhere else. Save time and money.

First of all if you dont know you should because this place you may think closes when it states it online but boy are you wrong. There are only young children working who are rude and obviously always in a rush to leave. They also will sometimes have their friends hanging out with them which is just so unprofessional. BUT the real issue is that they close TWENTY MINUTES before the actual closing time. They will lock the door and if u stand there and knock they look at you like they arent supposed to be open??? AND if they are closing (which they always are apparently) they put metal lids over the toppings so you cant even see the toppings and ask if you would like any. Which obviously you probably would if ur getting frozen yogurt. SO THEN they give you a spoon and you have to remove the lid for each topping because you cant see what they are and GUESS what they are???? And use the same spoon in each topping which is so unsanitary and disgusting so if you have an allergy u better be careful because anaphylactic shock can be on the way. Overall if your going just go earlier or maybe go to the one in commack because they actually stay open to when they say. Also the toasted marshmellow flavor is repulsive.

I love the pistachio flavor please never get rid of it!! Everything is great about this place but there is only one staff member on site. The work looks easy so I see why that is, but it's also kind of unsafe. I'll be sure to come back soon!

Half a cup for $15 on Uber eats. I am furious. I ordered 2 Large and the large cups were half full. Such a joke! I was charged $24.00 for 2 dollops.

I was enjoying my frozen yogurt seating at the place with my kids and the girl behind the counter started grabbing all the toppings with bare hands as she touched money, her hair and phone (WITH UNCLEAN BEAR HANDS). I felt disgusted after seeing her touch everything. Please don’t come here, you might get parasites and get a sick stomach. My kids started vomiting all night. Horrible and dirty place.
