Wanted to take the time to write a quick review. I took my kids to yogurt fancy this evening. Such a cute, clean store. The staff was friendly and my kids loved making their own yogurt and picking their toppings. Looking forward to bringing the kids back soon!Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating and welcoming to children

Alright, I'm going to be critical here.I've been going to Yogurt Fancy ever since it was still the previous Yogurt Crazy many years ago. I was introduced by my sister to the cake batter flavor, with a bunch of fruit in it. I loved it! I loved the taste of the cake batter frozen yogurt, and the fresh fruit only complemented it.Fast-forward to today, my go-to frozen yogurt is cake batter with fresh fruit and coconut flakes. Again, I love it a lot. However, there is ONE HUGE PROBLEM: The toppings TASTE LIKE KITCHEN CLEANER.See, it turns out that the way the workers (specifically, the kids they hire) clean after closing is COMPLETELY WRONG. How is this the case? If you're familiar with coconut flakes, they are quite absorbent of different smells and such. For some odd reason, the coconut flakes end up tasting like cleaner chemical, the ones used to disinfect. You know, like Lysol or 409. It's obvious that the kitchen cleaner they use here is getting into all of the toppings, which is a fantastic, failproof way to poison your customers.Today was the worst day for it. My brother and I got our favorite frozen yogurt flavor with our favorite toppings. Before I put the coconut flakes on my ice cream, I tried a tiny bit of it... however, what I tasted was the most disgusting thing in my life. The coconut flakes did not even taste like coconut; they tasted like pure kitchen cleaner.I immediately spat out the coconut flakes in a napkin as fast as I could. My brother admitted that his cookie dough also tasted like chemical spray. On top of that, the fresh berries that they place out were not even washed. This makes my stomach churn.Long-story short, avoid this place as much as possible, unless the owners (adults) are present. If there is a school-aged kid in there, stay as far away as possible, because they are obviously incompetent in using kitchen spray away from the toppings--and this is coming from a young person. The owners desperately need to supervise their workers here and teach them proper cleaning techniques, in before they severely poison a customer. Two stars only because the cake batter frozen yogurt tastes delicious.Vegetarian options: Vegan options availableDietary restrictions: Gluten free options

I love this place! The employee working there, Madison, is such a helpful yogurt slinger and she is very kind! I definitely think that girl needs a raise as she is such a great worker! The yogurt was also very good!

Yogurt was ok. Service was great from Joe. Atmosphere was not good bc the tv wasn’t working but the bright spot was the worker Joe.

Yogurt is sour and liquidy.Half of the stuff they offer they don't even have including the the dragon fruit bowl, half the smoothies and even the glowing sign for coffee is false.Tables are dirty this place is a mess and it smells horrible. Also overpriced half a bowl of yogurt is the same price as a large Ralph's ice.Go there instead of here place stinks. Last but not least most of there toppings are stale and old anywhere but here is better.

Is the original vanilla supposed to be yellow? I would think it would be white... anyway so upset because I had to throw the whole thing away because it tasted like cleaning product.... it tasted like some of their cleaning product got inside the machine. Good to know theyre clean but this aint it.

Place was empty at the time we went, so we were able to sit and eat.

We walked in at about 8:50, they were people there before us and the. When we get in the machines aren’t working so we ask the guy and he shut them off cause apparently they were closing when there website says they close at 10pm we couldn’t get toppings cause he closed them.

Their yogurt tasted fine and I havent had any problems with them until tonight. I ordered on doordash from them before the cut-off and they took my order so I assumed they would fulfill it and make sure it was done. Then when the dasher arrived he called to tell me they closed early. Why take my money knowing you wouldnt be making my order? pretty scummy if you ask me

The yogurt is sour - all the flavors, I think it had gone bad. When we went to put on toppings their were bugs flying and landing all over them. Will not be returning- sad the quality/ flavor is not what it once was.
