Awesome crew and the regulars rock! Love this place. I really enjoy the turkey sandwich. The Friday daytime clientele are awesome.

The food was good. The bar tender was grumpy, she had Christmas music playing and nobody wanted to listen to it and she wouldn't change it. Other than that it's a nice place

Stopped in 9/10/25. Fabulous service. The burger was one of the best we’ve ever had. The burger bun was not your standard supermarket white bun but a delicious addition to the burgers. We were not expecting it to exceed our expectations.

I would definitely not recommend coming here if you are out of town or are thinking of trying it out. Restaurants nearby are SIGNIFICANTLY better in quality. Also took an hour and a half for some fried greasy food that should take 30 mins maximum. They weren’t super busy at this point either, they were just clearly more focused on the bar/ socializing with the locals than attending to the people who are actually eating. For a drink go for it, however, for an actual good meal absolutely not.

Good service for how busy it was, Buffalo wontons/Rangoon and Nashville hot chicken sliders were excellent.

I was looking through reviews and saw your responses to one of my friends from our visit to your restaurant. I couldn’t help but notice that your tone came across as unnecessarily rude. People are entitled to share their own experiences. That’s the whole point of reviews. From your replies, it seems like you’re more focused on comparing yourself to other restaurants in town rather than addressing genuine customer concerns.
I’d also like to point out, as people who are well-informed about the law, that it is illegal to serve ANYONE under 21 in any state—not just New York. However, no one in our group was underage, and we certainly wouldn’t present a VERTICAL out-of-state ID from someone who had just turned 21 if it wasn’t valid (we were clearly just there on vacation). The claim that the ID “didn’t pass a black light” seems questionable, since many IDs are verified by checking for the official state emblem when light is passed underneath—something that differs from state to state (there was clearly an emblem there just by using your phone flash light). We did not want to argue or start any problems over this matter just out of respect.
What made the situation even more concerning was the waitress’s question to my friend: “Does this mean it’s expired?”—despite the ID clearly showing she turned 21 last November and that the ID clearly stated it didn’t expire until 2025. If serving a LEGAL adult a drink was really that complicated for you, it would have been better to simply say so rather than stringing her along after telling her, “Don’t worry, we’re definitely going to serve you.” Taking her ID to the back FIVE separate times, only to end up refusing service, was not only unnecessary but also embarrassing…
To make matters worse, the food itself was disappointing. It took an unreasonably long time to arrive—over 20 minutes for simple fried food, which should be quick to prepare. When it finally came, it was greasy, poorly cooked, and overall unappetizing. It was clear the staff’s attention was focused far more on tending to the bar than actually serving the guests seated at tables.
By the end of the night, we were treated as though we didn’t belong—being bombarded with sodas in place of drinks we were legally entitled to order, and spoken to in a condescending manner. The entire experience felt dismissive and unwelcoming, and it left us with a very poor impression of your business. Just wanting to bring attention to other people who are also thinking of trying this place out in hopes of a good experience. Never again:)

If you are visiting this town I would not recommend eating here. Definitely a locals only place, we got stares when we walked in. The food took an hour to get served and it was bar food. They refused to serve my a friend a drink when she was completely sober and over 21 with a valid ID

Food was good but not cheap. Cute li'l brunette waited on us - friendly & efficient. Wife & I figured we'd split Mexican pizza, & an order of jumbo wings. Wrong! We barely finished our halves of pizza! Delicious! Had wings next day - some big boys, & good Thai sauce! So food was good, cold beverages, purdee smile - just didn't expect $70 bill for 2 items & 2 drinks each, for local roadside bar.

Update - owner was correct - we had 3 tasty beverages each.
