I decided to give them another try today after having a bad experience there a few years ago, and all I can say is meh.
I ordered a small latte with sugar free vanilla syrup. I was extremely surprised to see that that the espresso machine is basically a push button machine - barista doesn’t grind the coffee, tamp it down and pull the shot.

Went there today and was super disappointed. First, the employee that was waiting on me I felt rushed. She didn’t smile and after I had ordered, she didn’t cash me out as I’m standing there with my card. Then the next person waited on and cashed out before I was even cashed out then my sandwich was burnt, finally the other person cashed me out but told me to tap here and didn’t ask if I wanted to receipt or anything.
