Wandered in after seeing they were open early. Greeted by Stacy the bartender we walked in and soon Mike the owner. Instantly we felt at home. Other folks have called this a dive bar. Maybe that's what I like. Hard wood floors, a long bar and good conversation. This place is worth leaving the main road. Stop in you'll like it! I'll give it a 3.5
This is a sight-unseen review, subject to change, but there's a reason: We're headed to Norwich for the weekend, have lodging w/o any TV, want to see the U.S. Open finals (tennis, not golf : ), found Rita's online, phoned, and they said we could watch it there. That was awfully nice of them, especially in this day and age. God-willing, we'll have a beer and a few dozen sodas at Rita's soon. Thank you in advance.

Drove 4 hours from Bflo. Amazing place. Normal average people. Best personality of the bartender in all of Norwhich & Oxford. Went to 4 other establishments, and they had the personality of a damn rock. Don't waste your time on the other places, just go there!!!
